Meet Ana

Crossing oceans and finding yourself on a new continent trying to establish a new life or business is daring. I get it because I've lived it. I landed in Chicago to attend graduate school at UIC and then moved to San Francisco for my postdoctoral work at UCSF. I fell in love with the Bay area and stayed, although I consider Chicago my hometown.

Along the way, I've had the privilege of guiding many foreign companies to successfully expand to the US market. I am thrilled that I was part of NanoTemper’s journey, where we went from a humble German start-up to one of the market leaders in protein characterization tools. Building the U.S. subsidiary from the ground up was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
